What locations would you be interested in checking out? I could possibly help, and if Scott ever returns he has directions to almost every location in Indiana. You should post the pictures, we'd love to see them

[glow=red,2,300]well the problem with me is that I live in southwest Michigan and it is hard for me to travel too deep into indiana. It would be sweet though if you had some maps to more good stuff in the bremen southbend area. Like some good secluded cemeteries, or some abandoned houses...I would love to try a good house. Ill post those pictures as soon as I can. Even some places in michigan if you know any. It would also be really cool if anyone could maybe give me some tips on how you might approach these places......like should I be quiet and listen or say something specific to almost conger them up.....I don't know....like I said I'm new and want to defeat my skepticism anything you guys got would be great![/glow]

Well I'm not too familiar with the Northern part of Indiana, I'm from Jeffersonville in the South, so I'm probably not the best person to get information from. Dogface Bridge is in San Pierre, not too far away from South Bend, and it seems to be a place worth checking out. Gypsies Cemetery isn't too far away from Dogface, and it's supposedly one of Indiana's most haunted cemeteries. Just be careful, I hear it's heavily traveled and thus probably somewhat patrolled by police looking for idiots causing trouble. Bachelor's Grove near Chicago is reportedly one of the world's most haunted locations, I'd say it's definitely worth the trip. Only downside is you have to go during the day or you'll get arrested for trespassing. I really have no idea about anything in Michigan, sorry. Here's the Shadowland's list for Michigan, if you haven't seen it already. www.theshadowlands.net/places/michigan.htmAs far as how to approach things, my advice would be to stay quiet, listen, and keep aware of your surroundings. In my opinion you can't really conger anything thing up, typically evidence gained through the use of Ouija Boards, mediums, ect. aren't really credible. You could attempt to capture EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena; basically a word or sentence that can be heard on electronic devices, but not in the environment at the time which they were recorded) by asking questions out loud in a location where you suspect a spirit might be present. In my opinion it's best to use a good digital voice recorder (so you don't get any feedback from the turning of parts that you get with your typical tape recorder) or a digital video camera with a very good microphone. Hope that helps

Well as far as warnings go, I've heard from a few people that the place is patrolled by police and arrests have been made, but I've heard from others they've gone out there many times and never had a problem so who knows. Another thing would be that this place is heavily travelled, and that makes it a great spot for pranksters trying to scare you, especially this time of years. There's also been stories about cars chasing people out of the cemetery and down the street, so I'd watch out for something like that. There was a photo somewhere on this forum that showed tire tracks everywhere in the cornfield right next to the cemetery, so there's a chance that might happen. From what I've heard about troll bridge it's not very active. I've never read one investigation that had any kind of creature come out from underneath it. However I did read one that said they actually went underneath the bridge, and saw big patches of grass flattened like some kind of 7ft animal had been sleeping underneath it So that might be worth checking out. Personally I'm waiting until early November to start my investigations once again. I know it's very tempting with the weather cooling down and everything to start hunting again, but around this time of year these locations become very traveled by idiots who have no business being out there and in turn by police. So my advice would be to wait, or if you have to going out there ASAP before the rush starts in October.

What do you mean by tips? The advice I can give is to be respectful to the location and to other individuals you might encounter, and don't expect results every time you go out. It sometimes can take multiple trips to produce any paranormal results.

OK well I have been out here the last 4 weekends and everytime we go out there we always have nahdprints like they are trying to get in the back of the truck and the last time we went we had a handprint and a buch of scratches(not real ones) ingraved with the dirt that was picked up from the dirt roads! Also we have had a few cars chase us and then disappear!! So until you go out there and see for yourself DO NOT SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!! CAUSE IT IS And again we are going back out this SATURDAY!!!! ok well i was there last night nothing to out of the ordinary besides some movement under the bridge as for the graveyard nothing unusual there. as for primerose the real haunted road doe's not lay in southbend and has been blocked off by potato creek state park so tomarrow me and some friends are going there with a video camera and digital cameras but you have to hope the fence and there is a old building in the far back but the road itself is about a 4 to 5 mile hike but you will see blood rock a old school and a old old graveyard(i think it is) so i will report back my findings on saterday

Nice, be sure to post them here when you're done. I've always heard something about "the real" Primrose, but have never actually saw any evidence of it.
