I go to moody all the time, if you go with out many people, you wont see nuts, ull see a light but thats it. it feeds off ur energy. you have to get out and yell at it, it will get so close ull nuts ur pants. IM NOT KIDDING!!! it IS real, I see it every time I go. the last time it apeared 50 ft to the left in the field, then darte across the road right in front of me, then dissapeared in the field to the right. My girl and I are going tonight if anyone else will be out there. it is 2/16 at about 11:00 pm. im leaving hammond now so ill be there in about two hrs. Happy hunting!!

I hate to burst everyone's bubble. I was out there 20-25 years ago, first time, yes, was freaked out. Second time took some other friends, it was then I was dead set it was a car looking through my binoculars. Fast forward to today, the age of cell phones, parked at the spot, waited for friend to get to the road we thought it was coming from (The same way we came in on 49, this is what sparked my idea of it being cars). Had him call me on the cell, and come south down 49 towards where it ends, and flash his lights on command. Yup, it was him! Not Mr Moody, lol. Here's a satellite view Red is the area you view from and direction, and the yellow is where the light comes from.

I'm not sure that I really saw what we are talking about. But standing at dusk, expecting the unknown, I actually felt that something was nearby and was watching.
