I'm not sure about the whole blue-robed dwarfs thing..but several friends and I have heard beats of drums and have spotted odd lights and such out in the woods where we know there are none. I have a buddy who refuses to go to some of the mounds and certain parts of the woods after dark because he's scared silly..the funny thing is he's a former Marine.
As for other experiences with the "supernatural" I've had run-ins with things close to the "Shadow Beasts" bit, and had people try to tell me they were grims (wtf..those're church/cemetary dogs..not to mention an English legend). Never hurt anything though and the three times I've spotted them I was on my motorcycle so I wasn't going to stop as I had nothing around me.
Crybaby bridge..that one has been around forever and we've been to it a few times, though no luck with ever hearing a baby crying.
The one on Lindberg Rd. I know it's location, though none of us have checked it out. There are a few more locations in some of the smaller towns north of Anderson, though alot of them are owned by private people who don't want visitors. I just heard something the other day about an abandoned factory in Alexandria that is supposedly haunted. We're considering checking it out..not sure when though.

We'll have to check out mounds state park if we ever make it that way. We haven't had to many people tell us that crybaby bridge works, so its not unusual to hear you didn't have any luck there.
