I have been to Gypsy grave yard on probably 3 different occasions, and had good photos with our digital camera whitch works better then film because you can see the pics on the spot. Now if you look at there investigation photos they have orbs, and a "swirl of smoke/mist" and I got the same thing that resembles a face in a photo I took after m girl friend got really cold and light headed so I snapped the picture just in time to get it. AND I MIND YOU WHEN I WENT IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER! There was no cold and definately no smoke or mist, but I caught it on camera. I also have lots of pictures of ORBS floating around the place and around graves. It was kinda spooky and we heard noices like someone lurking around in the woods the 3-4 times we went, everytime. It is strange because if you actually pay attention, you will find alot of dead babies head stones, and odd names and dates dating way back. The back of the grave yard has a torn down fence, and one thing that just baffled me. A lone tombstone propped against a tree by itself and to weathered to read, but it looks pretty aged. and it is the scary thought that things or something was lurking in the woods, we even had one of those 1,000,000 candle power spotlights and still there was nothing there to be seen by the eye, and the foot steps sounded heavy like a person. So if you want some good photos and proof gotta go out there yourself.

Sounds like an interesting trip, but very similar to experiences I've heard that others have had there. Can you post any of the pictures? Also, you have to be careful with orb photos, most of the time it's nothing but the reflection of a flash off small dust-like particals in the air.

No, I am sure these are orbs.. glowing vibrant blue, some brighter than others, and if you have been out there you will know there really isn't any light reflections or light for that matter.. and we had a very good digital camera and analyzed the pics on the computer also.. they seem like the real deal.. and the pic of what looks to me a ghost.. creepy, and no light, middle of summer, no one smoking, and it only came up in the picture.. wierd.. I will try and upload them sometime soon.. it was pretty wild..

the only thing i ever experienced at gypsy's was that d**n angel statue right side of the graveyard we walked back towards the back fence and got a nasty feeling so we started to hightail back to the car and we hear a sound like someone was clearing there throat and we pointed our flash light back at that statue and it appeared to have turned it's head right at us at this point my friend and i kid u know wet his pants we were running like no other and when we got to the car and started to drive away the statue was glowing colors of pink purple misture but i didn't find any freash dirt or anything like that just bad feeling and that statue

and one thing that just baffled me. A lone tombstone propped against a tree by itself and to weathered to read, but it looks pretty aged. . Hey iceman, not to rain on ur parade or anything, but there really isn't anything mystifying or "baffling" about that headstone leaning against the tree. I know the one you're talking about. It's simply a broken headstone that some idiot miraculously hasn't stolen or shattered. You know there are dozens of broken/missing markers in that place. (Happens when you get people traipsing through there acting like fools.) There are also just as many that are worn and unreadable. The markers in the back (the Gypsy markers) are obviously not of the greatest quality, therefore very susceptible to the elements. So, after about 75+ years of exposure, it's a wonder you can read anything on them.

Iceman, do you read what other people actually say to you? He's saying the orbs could be the camera flash reflecting off of small dust-like particles in the air. Are you saying you were in a dust-free environment? Every time I was there, it was pretty d**ned dusty, dude.

Well if the ground is dry then you will no doubt have dust or dirt in the air, but on the opposite end of the spectrum if the ground is muddy you have to be careful that there isn't too much moisture in the air as well.

yeah i know what ya'll are saying about orbs, i discarded what ones weren't to vibrant and bright, and i went out there when it was pretty dry.. so I know the tomb stone is just broken off but it seemed to be there for quite a while, thats why i wondered why it was there.. and i was just nothing on here it is to worn 2 read, cuz your defiatly right about the grave markers aren't good quality, but i was wondering why it isn't moved or taken.. just set against a tree.. that is what i found odd.. and like stormblast said about moisture, it was d**m dry out there.. it was summer time..

A lot of cemetery care takers will just lean broken tombstones against trees, just due to the fact that they don't know what else to do with them. They can't usually contact the family about replacing or repairing it, so they just lean it up against something until they decide what to do about it.
Like I also said if it's dry that means that you're usually kicking dirt or dust in the air as you walk, which is probably the leading cause to most orb pictures. Once again if you post the pictures here it's usually pretty easy to identify whether or not that's the case.
