i went to see it. still there . like that report, the back section is apartments, but the main building isn't being used. as for the grave yard, i didn't see it. i imagine it might be north(behind) the school. next time i go, i'll find the yard.

Thanks once again X. That stinks that the maintanance guy hasn't seen anything. If he did that would make us really want to go check it out. The cemetery behind the school sounds interesting. A weird place to put a cemetery.

You can find a place in Portage. It's the old Crismen High School "I think I spelled it right?". Part of it burned down like last year and they started to take down the school a worker was pushed off the roof by a unseen force sending the man to his death by landing on a spike that was out of the ground. Also a long time ago the was a black guy who got killed he was hung and he is known to haunt the torn down part. The Unseen force haunts the part that is still standing. People have tryed to get all the way inside but they tend to freak out and run. But one time a group made it in and they tryed to go up the stairs and books and desks flew at them forcing them out. Thats about all I know. E-mail me if you wish to know more Prince_Of_The_Night85@yahoo.com

I have been out to Old Sycamore Raod several times at night. I have a friend who live out that way, adn you must drive down the road in order to get to his place. ANyways I have never experienced anything, althugh I always get a bit spooked by the place. A guy I used to date told me that him and a friend were followed by a car. THey coudl see the headlights, but when they looked behidn them nothign was there.
Directions <From kokomo> If you are drivign south down US 31 you wil come to a stop light at Sycamore road. There is a shell gas station, red bar gas station, car lot, adn Aldis (SP) grocery stor on each corner. Turn right inbetween Red barn adn SHell. Take SYcamore all the way through town. As you pass Dixon road you will have to drive a little ways out past Malfalfa (sp) it is a stoplight. Aftre yo pass malfalfa rd the road will curve to teh right, adn another road will be on teh left. Take teh left road. (GO slow it's easy to miss) It is the first road after teh stoplight. Take the road aroudn teh curve. This is old sycamore road.

Hi, my name is courtney and i live in kokomo. i have been to jerome, the house on 400e and carter, okie pinokie, adam's mill, and gateway gardens. (currently trying to find satan church).
Well anyways in Jerome the owners or watchers or whatever will easily call the cops or they LOVE to scare kids, the 2 black dogs are REAL, they guard the cemetary but they have things in their mouth to prevent them from biting, they are actually pretty nice, me and my friends have petted them before. we have been to jerome about a billion times, and only 2 times has stuff happened to us. First we were chased by a car that came out of literally nowhere, all we could see was headlights though, no color or anything, and it was like right on us for like 30 minutes and we pulled up in a drive way and it just sat at the end and then took off.... then theres like a cross (more in the shape of a +) in the road and every time we went over it for like 2 weeks fog would come up.
We found the house on 400E & Carter by accident, we actually found it and thought it was scary and kept going to it, never thinking about the address, until one day we were looking online and started freaking out because it was the house. we have seen what looked like a woman in a white dress in the top left window of the house and things in the trees. if you walk back in the woods (we did) there are sometimes people fishing back there at the resivore so be careful, the cops just recently found out about this place, around halloween, because of stupid kids, but don't try to break into the house, we have tired and it's like government protected or something, but the furniture is still there? it's really scary.
adam's mill is my favorite place ever. it's REALLY scary, we have experienced that EVERY single time we go over the bridge a truck speeds past us, EVERY time it never fails. i have not seen anyone walking by the water yet though, i have walked all the way down the stairs and into the woods and on the other side of the bridge there is a grave, with flowers and crosses, the works, where someone has apparntly died, it's really REALLY scary there.
i used to live in Gateway Gardens, there is nothing wrong out there, just a bunch of stories to scare the kids, because there are so many suicides and murders, it's dangerous there and full of cops, if you're white, i wouldn't go or i'd be CAREFUL.
okie pinoke is a recent discovery for us. it's a little ways away from us, so far we have only seen a deer, nothing left but it's skin and had somone knocking on the car, but we have not heard whistling yet, very freaky place!
if you could give me directions to satan church from kokomo, i would really appriciate it! (i have like 2 picuters of 400E & carter if u want them) THANKS!

Thanks for all your input. We always like to hear about the places we are going to. Heres the directions we have to Satans Church. Locations/Directions: To get to Satan Church take 31 (south if coming from north of Kokomo) to 26 W. Follow 26 W to County Road 1100 W turn left onto 1100W. Follow this road to 650N. Turn left on 650N. There is no place to park other than on the side of the road but, we experienced no traffic for the time that we were there Heres a link to our East Central Chapter who has been to Satans Church. www.angelfire.com/scary/theforce/kokomo.htmAlso you wrote about Adams Mil. I looked in our listing of haunted places and I couldn't find it. What city is it in and what are the directions for it. It sounds pretty good since you said it was your favorite. HUCK
