I have lived in Cedar Lake my whole life and never heard of this place. So some friends and I looked on a satellite map and it took us 4 or 5 hrs to find it and a couple trips until we f found it. We first went during the day and took some pictures of the area. And returned after dark when we came to the first gate I had a feeling I should turn around but choose not to and continued on and as we walked down the old gravel road which is covered in patches of grass we came to a spot where the moon was glaring onto the ground through the woods when one of us froze and as he did we all got chills and felt all of our hairs stood up and only one person seen the lady the first time and as he is whispering what he seen we walked around the road in a U shape and came to the spot where the moon was shining and I seen a lady but you could see through her and see the shape of her figure and hair but she was a clear white color and when you look at her you see her turn away and she disappears almost blends in with the moon light we was close maybe 30 feet away but when you look back at her she would keep turning away like she is watching us but kept her back to us and was like warning us to watch are backs she was scary but it was like she was friendly in a way and warning us to leave. Like her back is turned I don’t know its hard to explain but any way we walked to the bridge and was waiting to hear kids laughing and seen what appeared to be a man about 5”2 wearing all black pacing back and fourth from tree to tree and would run every time we would look. (We were wearing all black and was in a pitch black spot behind some trees no one could see us)He was probably 60 yards away on the other side of the quarry at the far left house. We were watching around the house area because that guy just disappeared in the middle of running behind a tree like vanished. And we started watching the window in the house and didn’t see nothing but a light on but when you look at the reflection of the window on the lake in the moon light you see what appears to be a person in the window looking around with a long riffle or broom in his hand but if you look at the window its self on the house there is nothing only on the reflection. After about 5 minutes I heard what sounded like a little kid (more like a girl) giggle like 20 feet away and behind us by the d**n the voice was real faint. Only I heard it the first time and the second time I disagreeistant heard it and the third time all three of us heard it and as soon as we heard the third giggle a light appeared like 50 yards away it was the size of a street light and reflected to the ground resembling the reflection of a flash light with someone running like 40 miles an hr at us but the crazy thing was we could see the whole field and no one was there it was like the light came out of a wall of water and forced its way through I have never been that freaked out in my life or ran as fast as I did. I swear I ran a mile and cleared a fence in less than 4 minutes.
This place is crazy be ready to run real fast and pee before arrival guaranteed to scare the crap out of you.
